Censorship On CSPAN?

I don't believe what I just saw on CSPAN. Britian's Robin Cook was giving a speech against the war when the feed was cut and replaced with a wide shot of the Capital Building and then a rebroadcast of Colin Powell's speech from this morning.

I recorded it, but I've got to go to my Creative Commons seminar this afternoon so I'll have to get this up when I get back.

That's amazing Lisa. Like a little glitch in the virtual reality you are all living in right now...

The optimist in me hopes this was just a programming snafu for CSPAN and not outright censorship. This would not be the first time that a CSPAN talk was cut off. We are so used to the play by play babelings of the talking heads wrapping an event/talk on the major networks that when CSPAN cuts out of a program as they do it can be pretty jarring. but i didn't see what you saw, only similar happenings in the past.
